Fried rice is a dish loved by many. The tender eggs paired with fluffy rice are not only nutritious but also very filling, simply delicious! The method of making fried rice is simple, almost everyone can do it, but not everyone can make it taste good. Today, I will share the correct way to make fried rice. Remember a few tips, and you can easily fry a pot of fluffy, tender, distinct grains, golden and fragrant fried rice.

01 Fried Rice
Prepare cooked rice, eggs, peas, corn, carrots, ham sausage, garlic, green onions, salt, cooking oil, and chicken essence.
1. When making fried rice, the type of rice is very important. It cannot be freshly steamed rice; it should be leftover rice, preferably overnight rice. If you want the fried rice to have distinct grains, you can put the leftover rice in the refrigerator to freeze slightly, which is very effective.

2. Peel the carrot, wash it clean, and cut it into cubes. Cut the ham sausage into cubes, chop the green onions, and mince the garlic. Wash the peas and corn, boil a pot of water, add an appropriate amount of salt, and cook the carrot cubes, peas, and corn for 2 minutes, then drain and dry.

3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, and mix well. Heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture, fry on high heat for a while until the eggs turn golden and fluffy, then break them into small pieces and set aside.

4. Leave some oil in the pan, heat it, add minced garlic to sauté until fragrant, then add the ham cubes to fry until fragrant, add the blanched carrot cubes, corn, and peas, stir-fry for a while, then add the leftover rice, press it with a spatula to break it apart, and stir-fry quickly on high heat for a while.

5. Once the rice becomes distinct grains, add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to season, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and continue to stir-fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat and serve.

Using this method to make fried rice results in distinct grains, fragrant and tasty, nutritious and satisfying, especially loved by children!
02 Soy Sauce Ham Fried Rice
Prepare cooked rice, eggs, ham, green peppers, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking oil.
1. Add a spoonful of cooking oil, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, and a spoon of oyster sauce to the rice, and mix well to color the rice. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a spoon of salt, and mix well. Cut the ham into cubes, wash and cut the green pepper into cubes.

2. Heat oil in a pan, when it is about 60% hot, pour in the egg mixture, fry on high heat until cooked, break into small pieces, and set aside. Leave some oil in the pan, add the ham cubes to fry until fragrant, then add the green pepper cubes and stir-fry until just cooked.

3. Add the mixed rice, stir-fry on high heat for 2 minutes until the rice grains are distinct, then add the egg pieces, sprinkle with green onions, and stir-fry evenly before serving.
