Ingredients
- 1 block of braised tofu
- 200g minced pork
- 10g chili powder
- 10g Sichuan peppercorn
- 10g garlic
- 2 tablespoons Pixian Doubanjiang
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- appropriate amount of water starch
- appropriate amount of scallions
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Remove and drain for later use.

- Put the Sichuan peppercorn in a pan and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant. After taking it out, place it in a container and crush it. If you don't have a mortar and pestle, you can use a rolling pin instead.


- Prepare the minced pork, minced garlic, and other ingredients. Add the Pixian Doubanjiang to the chili powder.


- Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, then add the minced pork and stir-fry until cooked.

- Add the chili powder and Pixian Doubanjiang to fry until the oil turns red. Then add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

- Add an appropriate amount of boiling water. Bring to a boil.

- Add a little soy sauce and the crushed Sichuan peppercorn. Stir well.
