Tips:
1. Xiaodu said, it's really delicious, thousands of times better than the ones sold outside. Hey, the exaggeration is very pleasant.
2. Pork liver and pork heart itself are ingredients without too much fat. Cooking oil is added to the stew to make the finished product more tender.
3. If the pork liver leaves you buy are relatively large, you need to simmer for a longer time. In order to check whether it is cooked, you can use chopsticks to poke into the liver and pig's heart during the cooking process. If you see blood gurgling out of the hole, then it proves that it is not cooked yet. Cook another or two. Minutes, if the gurgling out of the poked hole is the same color as the braised soup, it proves to be cooked. The simmering time can be adjusted according to the actual situation. Don’t cook for too long. The pig liver can be thrown away after it’s cooked.
4. If you want to add some dipping sauce, I tried the chopped pepper hot sauce with garlic shreds, which is very delicious and recommended.
