The 8-inch round chiffon cake is baked and set aside (for chiffon cake recipes, please refer to the recipe I posted). After the cake is cold, cut off a semicircle on both sides to make the roof (first roughly determine the size), and then set it up. Trim slightly.

Whip the whipped cream with sugar (whipped until it can be decorated, be careful not to beat it), cut the main part of the car into two horizontally, put the whipped cream in the middle, and put the sliced fruit (strawberry, mango, Canned yellow peaches are ok, you can also put some pudding or soaked raisins).

Spread cream and fruit, and cover another piece of cake on the main body of the car.

The main part of the car is smeared with cream, and two small semicircles are placed on it as the upper part of the car. Put cream in the middle of the two semicircles to make them better bond.

Apply cream all over (the front and side windows of the car should be smoothed, and it's okay if the other places are not smoothed, and the inside will be invisible after the decoration).

The dark chocolate melts in water, put it in the piping bag, cut a small opening in the front of the piping bag, draw the outline of the car window on the cake, and glue four Oreo biscuits on the bottom of both sides as wheels.

Take a small part of the whipped cream, add food coloring to make it yellow and set aside, and make the rest of the cream red. Follow the outline and decorate the flowers with red cream, and squeeze yellow cream on the side windows and words.

Tips:
1. For making chiffon cakes, please read my previous post. The key is to beat the egg whites and mix the cake batter to avoid defoaming.
2. The birthday cake is mainly for whipping the butter. The butter should be refrigerated before whipping, and then at a slow speed to avoid over-whipping.
3. For the decoration, the red part, I used a small 6-tooth decoration nozzle. This cake does not have complicated patterns, so be patient, just take it easy~
