Wash the butterfly bones and dry them.

Add sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and olive oil, and knead to taste.

Stir the breadcrumbs and melted butter evenly, and spread on the marinated lamb chops.

Put some garlic cloves.

Bake in the oven at 225 degrees for 10-15 minutes, the fork can be easily inserted, take it out, and let it stand for 5 minutes.

Strawberry jam is pureed by adding freshly squeezed lemon juice with a juicer.

Tips:
1. Bake at high temperature to ripen quickly, and the middle is still tender. When the steak can be easily inserted with a fork, you can take it out of the oven and let it stand.
2. Strawberry jam is made by myself. There are many in the supermarket, but they don’t taste as good as the ones made by myself, and there are so many pulps, so you need to mash them into puree. If yours is a supermarket product, just add lemon juice and stir.
3. The breadcrumbs with butter, just bake it, it is delicious. I do this here to add richness to the lamb chops, so don't spread it too thick.
