Tips:
1. Bread machine kneaded bread has a stronger taste than handmade
2. Do not over-ferment the steamed mouse buns, otherwise the mice will be deformed
3. Do not add too much water to the steamed buns and noodles, as the thinness of the noodles will affect the shape of the steamed buns
