All-you-can-eat Cocktail-blueberry Cocktail Jelly

Gelatine slices soaked in ice water

Choose RIO, Rose+Whisky cocktail

Pour out 100 grams of cocktail, scoop up the gelatin and add it in, and heat it slightly until the gelatin is melted

Heat 200 grams of Sprite, add 5 grams of ice powder, pour half of it into the mold, freeze it in the refrigerator for a while, arrange the blueberries in it after a little solidification, then pour the rest into the refrigerator

Tips:
If there is no ice powder, you can use gelatin or agar, 100~120g of gelatin can be mixed with 5g of gelatin.
