Almond Milk Tea

I bake the apricots in an empty fryer at 140 degrees for three to five minutes. After cooling, pour them into the container and add 15 grams of cooked yam.

Add 20 grams of rock sugar

Add 400ml of hot milk (cold or hot according to your preference) (pour the milk out and heat it in the microwave) a small spoonful of rice (some use glutinous rice flour, I think it is more convenient to increase the consistency if you use small V)

Play at high speed for one and a half minutes, then shut down

Pour out and start eating, it's a little thick and delicious
