Apple Lemon Wheatgrass Juice
1.
The wheat seeds are soaked overnight, and the bean sprout machine is placed on the window sill without the cover. The water is changed every day, and the room temperature is 20 degrees Celsius for three days to grow to about 3 cm.
2.
Remember to change the water every day for four or five days. When it grows to 8 or 9 cm, when the wheatgrass is the most tender and juicy, it can be cut and juiced.
3.
The cut wheatgrass can continue to grow. Depending on the situation, it can be cut 1 or 2 times.
4.
Rinse the wheatgrass.
5.
Wash the apples and prepare some lemons that have been squeezed, and of course the same is true for unsqueezed ones!
6.
Cut the apple and lemon into small pieces.
7.
Use a slow-gear juicer to squeeze the juice together with wheatgrass.
8.
The squeezed apple lemon wheatgrass juice has no froth.
Tips:
1. If you don't have this kind of juicer, you can use a blender to add water to the wheatgrass to filter the residue, and then mix it with the apple lemon juice squeezed by an ordinary centrifugal juicer.
2. The foam on the juice must not be removed, you can eat it first. There can be pectin rich in dietary fiber!
