Apple Pie
1.
After peeling 1/2 lemon, use a knife to remove the white part and then cut into shreds.
2.
Dice the apple, soak the raisins in warm water and set aside
3.
Use 20g butter to fry 40g brown sugar in a pan to get the color of sugar, then add diced apple, lemon zest, and half a lemon juice and stir fry
4.
Add raisins and chopped almonds and stir fry
5.
Add 5g cinnamon powder and a little rum, then leave the heat to cool and set aside
6.
Roll the puff pastry dough into a 0.3cm thick crust and cut into 2 equal pieces of rectangles (1 for the bottom of the pie, the other for the sides, and cut the middle part into several strips for later use). Pierce small holes evenly on the surface of the dough, and then brush the egg liquid around the bottom of the pie
7.
Take the dough used to surround the sides and stick it around the bottom of the pie into a frame, and then put the cool apple filling into the frame
8.
Place a grid of noodles of appropriate length on the surface obliquely, paste the grids on each other with egg liquid, and put the apple pie in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
9.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake the middle and upper layer for about 20-25 minutes.
Tips:
1. When you start to wrap the dough, it is best to put it on the baking paper, so that it is convenient to take it into the oven later
