Apricot and Abalone Three Diced

Take the middle section of eryngii mushroom.

Wash the sea intestines and set aside.
3.
Wash a small amount of leeks and set aside.
4.
Cut the eryngii mushrooms into cubes of about 1 cm.
5.
Cut the sea intestines into small pieces of about 1 cm.
6.
Cut the leeks into small pieces of about 1 cm.

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic.
8.
Fry the sea intestines with minced ginger in the pot, about 20 seconds, the sea intestines will bulge and put on the plate immediately.

Put the garlic slices in a separate pot, dry the shredded green onions, and stir-fry the eryngii mushrooms. Season with salt.
10.
Stir dry eryngii mushrooms, add sea intestines and leeks, turn off the heat and stir-fry immediately.
11.
Add a few drops of sesame oil and transfer out to a plate.
Tips:
1. Put the sea intestines into the pot and stir-fry for a while, and then they will be out of the pot, and they will be cooked when they rise up.
2. Sea intestines can be replaced by other seafood
