Assamese Fish
1.
Cut the vegetarian fish into pieces.
2.
Fry the fish with 8 mature hot oil in the pan until golden and remove, set aside.
3.
Leave an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and saute the garlic, shallots and ginger.
4.
Add the assam sauce and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.
5.
Add bay leaves and appropriate amount of water, turn to medium heat to boil the assam sauce and add appropriate amount of chicken powder.
6.
Pour in the fried fish pieces, turn to low heat and continue to boil the sauce to thicken before serving.
7.
The finished picture...spicy and sour.
