Autumn Pear Paste

Prepare the ingredients. This time I chose a long pear, washed and cut into pieces.

Put the cut long pears into the food processor several times, break them up, and pour them into a non-stick pan.

Slice ginger, and pear together with pears in a food processor.

When everything is done, open the fire to simmer, first bring to a boil on high heat, then simmer on low heat. Stir frequently during this period.

Chuan Fritillaria pounded into noodles.

Add to the pot and simmer together.

The Luo Han Guo was broken into pieces and added to the pot.

Red dates are pitted and added. If it is dried jujube slices, it is best to smash them in a food processor and cook them with pears. There are no dried jujube slices at home, I'm too lazy, but it's okay.

Boil it for about half an hour, and filter it out of the pot. I use the filter in the soymilk machine to filter it. This step requires patience, and it takes many times to filter it out.

This is the filtered soup.

Pour the soup back into the pot, add rock sugar, and boil it to thicken.

This is the process of boiling, you must keep stirring.

The water content gradually decreases.

Just boil as far as you think you can. Then let it cool, add honey, and mix well.

Drink a spoonful every morning, midnight, and evening. You can drink it directly or mix it with water.
Tips:
The cooking process must be low heat, stirring constantly, otherwise it will be mushy.
