Baby's Jam: Persimmon Jam

Wash the dried persimmons, remove the stalks, and peel off the skin.

Put the peeled persimmons in a bowl.

Stir the persimmons with a small knife.

Pour the rotten persimmons into the pot.

Pour 100g of water into the pot, mix well, and bring to a boil on low heat.

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the lemon juice into the boiled persimmon paste.
