Taro balls are one of my favorite desserts. No matter spring, summer, autumn or winter, a serving of taro balls can always satisfy my taste buds~ in summer, a serving of taro balls will cool and relieve the heat; in winter, a bowl of red bean taro balls will warm the body and mind. When you go to the mall, you will buy it at a special store. In fact, you can make it yourself. You only need taro, purple sweet potato and tapioca flour to make taro balls~ I made some a few days ago, and also boiled red bean and barley sweet soup. .
The weather is getting colder. Here are some red bean taro balls. Today, I have something different for breakfast. Use these ingredients to make a pudding~

Ingredients

Baked Taro Ball Pudding

1. A collection of ingredients ~ taro balls and red bean and barley sweet soup are all made by themselves

2. Beat the eggs into the bowl

3. Break up, I haven’t sieved, the taste will be more delicate and smooth after sieving

4. Add red bean and barley soup

5. Gasimi

6. Add taro balls and some taro chunks in it

7. Put it into the oven, heat the middle layer to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-30 minutes~ Because the amount of ingredients added in the oven is different, the time will be different, you can use a spoon to dig it to see if it solidifies~

Tips:

Personally I like to eat a little bit of burnt, so it takes a little longer, what I added a spoonful of red beans in the end~~\nThe ingredients and choices of the ingredients can vary from person to person~
