Basic Coconut Cookies

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature. The amount of butter is generally given in the instructions of the ready-mixed powder.

Premix powder is divided into three packages: low powder, powdered sugar, and shredded coconut. Add powdered sugar to the butter.

Beat until smooth.

Sift in low flour and pour in shredded coconut.

Stir with a spatula until there is no dry powder.

Plastic a cuboid, roll it with plastic wrap, and freeze it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After taking it out, cut slices about 3-5 mm thick, and cut them as thin as possible.

Arrange them in the baking tray one by one, leaving a certain distance.

After the oven is preheated at 170 degrees, the middle level, the upper and lower heat, bake for 18 minutes.

1. Don't over-mix the dough to avoid tendons.
