2.
Wait for the cream cheese to soften while preparing the base. Remove the filling of Oreo biscuits, put them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Put the butter in the microwave on medium heat for 40 seconds to melt into a liquid, then add the crushed biscuits, mix well and spread on the bottom of the mold, flatten it with a spoon, and put it in the refrigerator for later use.
3.
Put the softened cream cheese, canned black cherries, black cherry syrup, lemon juice, rum, and granulated sugar into a food processor to make a cheese paste, and pour it into a clean cooking bowl for later use.
4.
Add 50g of dark chocolate with 25g of light cream insulated water and stir to melt until it is even and smooth without particles. Add it to the cheese paste of step 3 and stir evenly to form a chocolate cheese paste.
5.
Soak the fish flakes in cold water, heat 45ml of milk in a microwave oven on medium heat for half a minute, put the soaked fish flakes in the hot milk and stir until it melts, then add the chocolate cheese paste of step 4 and stir evenly.
6.
Beat the remaining whipped cream to 6 and distribute, add it to step 5, and mix it from bottom to top to form a cake batter.
7.
Prepare chocolate chips. Take 50g of dark chocolate, cut into small pieces, stir and melt in insulated water, then pour it into the prepared shallow dish, scrape it with a spoon after solidification.
8.
Take step two out of the refrigerator, pour the cake batter from step six, sprinkle a layer of dark chocolate crumbs, and press lightly to make the chocolate crumbs and the cake batter stick together. Put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours, take it out and release it, and serve after decoration.
