I made an afternoon tea snack for my baby this week. It is blueberry, peach, and yam sticks!
What I wanted to do was blueberry yam sticks when I went to the fruit supermarket, I was attracted by the beautiful big peaches and bought a few home and found that beauty is proportional to strength and super sweet~
I decided to put blueberries and peaches together to make a juice. The combination of them is sour and sweet. It's delicious. Pour it on the yam sticks to cushion the baby's belly in the afternoon. The key to good nutrition is to make it simple! single! fast! Czech!

Ingredients

Blueberry Peach Yam Strips

1. Bring water to a boil, add the sliced yam sticks,
Boil for a while, add cold water, boil the water again, and turn off the heat.
The texture is slightly crispy.

2. The blueberries and peaches are placed in a food processor and blended into a sauce.

3. Just pour the sauce on the cold yam sticks.
