Braised Chiba Tofu

Prepared ingredients.

Flammulina, black fungus and water are soaked, and oily gluten is soaked in water to soften.

Soak the day lily, black fungus and boil water.

Cut the tofu into thick slices, remove the seeds and slice the green peppers.

Heat the pan with cold oil and add all the ingredients except the green peppers.

Tips:
1. The green pepper should not be burned for a long time, it can be cut off to keep it crisp.
