Braised Lamb Noodles

Braised lamb stewed in brown sauce.

Coriander, chives, millet pepper.
3.
Heat an appropriate amount of water in the pot to warm it up.
4.
Put the dried noodles in. (Wok under warm water, the noodles are so soft)
5.
Cook until the noodles are soft and firm.
6.
Transfer to a bowl, serve with braised mutton gravy, sprinkle with chives, coriander, and millet pepper. Serve.
