Canned Wild Strawberry

Before making canned food, be prepared: first pick wild strawberries clean, rinse them with clean water, and rinse gently, otherwise the strawberries will rot

The canned bottles prepared in advance are cleaned and disinfected with boiling water. Stand upside down and control the moisture for later use.

Boil water in the pot and then pour the rock sugar into the pot and stir gently to boil. The amount of rock candy is put according to personal taste. When I make it, I put more sugar in it. I usually taste it. If the sourness of wild strawberry is less than heavy sugar, the taste will be sour.

Wait for the saccharification, pour in the washed wild strawberries, cover and boil, then cook for about 6 minutes
