Cartoon Flower Pig Bun

Divide the brown sugar dough into equal portions and knead into an oval shape

Use white dough to make the pig’s mouth, ears, eyes, and tail, and use chopsticks to insert the nostrils on the pig’s mouth

Use black sesame seeds to make pig eyes and let them wake up for 10 minutes

Steam in a pot on cold water, turn to low heat and steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes
Tips:
The steaming time depends on the size of the pig steamed buns. The fermented noodles should be kneaded more to exhaust all the air inside. I didn't knead them well today. The surface is not smooth. It won’t be deformed after steaming on low heat.
