Ingredients are prepared.

Wash the green onion and ginger and finely chop.
3.
Wash the salted eel (soak it in clean water for 3 hours beforehand, this eel is saltier), and then put it in the sake lees.
4.
Knock into the egg and minced ginger.
5.
Sprinkle chopped green onions.
6.
Steam on high heat for 20 minutes.
7.
Serve out of the pot.
