Cheddar Cheese Cake

Cheddar cheese, sugar, and milk are heated and melted in water

Add the egg yolks one by one and mix well

Sift in low flour and cornstarch

Add vegetable oil and mix well

Egg white to wet foaming

Stir one-third of the egg whites into the cheese batter, then pour back into the remaining egg whites and mix well
