Cheesecake

Put 5 pieces of digestive cakes in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them. I didn't have a rolling pin, so I used a small oil-guzzling glass bottle to crush them. Add appropriate amount of water, spread it flat on the bottom of the mold, and press it firmly.

The cream cheese can be heated in the oven to soften quickly. Add sugar (the amount is added according to personal taste) and mix well.

Add the eggs one by one, mix well and add the second one.

Stir well and add the second egg.

After stirring the cheese and eggs, add the sifted flour. Continue to stir evenly.

The stirred mixture is poured into the mold with the bottom of the digestive cake. Using the water bath method, fill the baking tray with water, put the mold on the baking tray, and forgot to take pictures.

Finished product.

Put whatever fruit you have in the house, decorate it at will, anyway, I'm going to eat it soon, hehe.

The cheesecake I made for the first time was quite successful.
Tips:
The oven is different for everyone. My oven can’t set the temperature and it’s troublesome. The cake has been baked for about 20 minutes, but it can’t be baked continuously. If you bake it for 5 or 6 minutes, turn it off, turn on the oven to dissipate heat and continue baking, so that it will not burn easily.
