Chicken Liver and Edamame (no Oil)

Peel and wash fresh edamame for later use. Defrost chicken liver. Put the chicken liver in cold water and boil it to remove any foam. Then add star anise, soy sauce, salt and sugar. Add edamame to a simmer and simmer.

Wait until the chicken liver and edamame are cooked.
Tips:
The chicken liver is thawed, and the fresh one is better. Put the chicken liver in cold water to boil, remove the foam, then add the edamame and other ingredients, do not need to put oil, just cook.
