Chopped Pepper and Opium Fish Head

1. Wash the fish head and cut in half. Put in the cooking wine, green onions, ginger, garlic and marinate for half an hour

2. Spread the chopped pepper over the entire fish head and pour a small amount of steamed fish sauce. Steam for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat for 5 minutes.

3. Pour out the excess water in the dish, don't pour it all out! Just pour out the light-colored layer of water above it!

4. Sprinkle with coriander and green onion, heat oil in a pot, and pour over the fish.
