I use a bread machine to knead the dough, so I pour all the ingredients except the butter into the bread bucket.

Start the kneading program of the bread machine. Knead for about 10 minutes, it will knead into a smooth surface dough.

When the dough is kneaded until the thicker film can be pulled out and the expanded state is not broken, leave the dough in the barrel for basic fermentation

After that, take out the dough, press and vent, let it stand for 10 minutes, then divide the dough into 9 equal parts, let stand for 5 minutes, and then round each part.

Afterwards, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the dough in the middle layer, and bake it for 15 minutes. For styling, I didn't use egg wash.
