Cocktail Grape Juice

Cut off the big branches of the clusters of black crystal grapes with scissors, leaving behind the pedicle grape grains;

Sprinkle in a little flour (this is a small trick, you can wash the grapes more cleanly), add water, and knead it with your hands. The washed grapes pull off the stalks;

Cut the picked and washed grapes in half to remove the grape seeds, put the grape pulp into the juicer, and squeeze the grape juice;

Tips:
1. Grapes, I didn’t peel them, because grape skins are rich in anthocyanins, so I can’t waste them;
2. A small amount of syrup is added to increase the sweetness of the juice. If you don't like too sweet, you don't need to add it;
3. Add a small amount of pre-mixed wine to introduce the fragrance of the wine, and the juice taste is better and refreshing.
