Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Wash the large chicken wings and separate the tips, middle and roots of the wings. Clean chicken paws
2.
Cut the middle and root of the wings with a knife (for the taste)
3.
Put the chicken wings in the pot, add cold water to boil, skim off the dirt, cook for three or four minutes, remove and dry
4.
Pour oil in the pan, fry the chicken wings until golden brown and take out for later use
5.
After frying the chicken wings, there is still oil in the pot, add seven or eight rock sugar, stir-fry on low heat until bubbling, pour in the chicken wings and stir fry to make the chicken wings evenly colored
6.
Add cola, surpass the chicken wings, put the green onion and ginger slices into the pot. Everyone, turn to low heat and simmer slowly
7.
Stew until the chicken wings are soft and rotten, and when the soup is running low, turn on a high heat and stir-fry with a shovel to collect the juice! You can eat it after serving.
Tips:
I make it for children, it has the sweetness of cola, so I didn't add salt and soy sauce!
I personally feel that Coca-Cola is a little sweeter, but Pepsi is a little sweeter, so you can choose according to your taste!
