Cold Brew Coffee

40 grams of coffee beans (I used Starbucks dark roasted coffee beans) coarsely ground.

Pour into cold boiled water at room temperature, the ratio of powder to water is 1:4. Shake or stir slightly to make the coffee powder and water fully mixed, cover and store in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

The coffee extracted in this way can be stored for a longer period of time. You can make more of it at a time and put it in the refrigerator. Even if you don't put ice in it, it is already cool.

Put the right amount of coffee and the same amount of pure milk in the cup (you can also determine the amount of milk according to your preference), stir well, and start enjoying delicious coffee!
