Cold Corn Noodles

Soak pure cornmeal in cold water for two hours (you can also soak in boiling water until soft).

Soaked corn noodles.
3.
Boil a pot of water.
4.
Add corn noodles and cook until there are no hard cores.
5.
Remove the drained water, stir in the bean paste, and add a few drops of chili oil.
