Cold Rice Noodles

1. The rice noodles are semi-dried, and the side dish is a set meal with rice noodles

2. Unpack the semi-dried rice noodles and set aside

3. Put an appropriate amount of water in a small pot and heat it to a boil

4. Put the dry rice noodles in a small pot

5. Flip the rice noodles with chopsticks to prevent it from sticking to the pan

6. Boil the rice noodles for 5-7 minutes, turn off the heat after they are soft

7. Pour out the hot water in the small pot

8. Soak the rice noodles in some cold water

9. Scoop out the rice noodles and put them in the noodle bowl

10. Add side dishes to the noodle bowl, add according to your preference

11. Finally topped with the chilli sauce

12. Put the side dishes as you like, put as much as you want
