Crab Stick Steamed Egg

Place the crab sticks and boiled eggs on the plate as shown in the picture.

Pour 4 eggs and 4 spoons of cold water to beat the egg mixture evenly. In a pan under cold water, steam over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Invert a larger plate on the plate containing the egg liquid to prevent the steam from dripping.

When time is up, sprinkle scallion in, drizzle with Donggu soy sauce and sesame sesame oil.
Tips:
For steamed eggs, use medium to large firepower! It can't be too long! Otherwise, getting old will affect the appearance and taste.
