Cranberry Almond Nougat

Put the butter in a pot and heat it to melt

Put the marshmallow on a low heat and slowly melt it

When the marshmallow melts, turn off the heat and pour into the milk powder and mix up

Add almonds and mix

Stir in cranberries

Pour it on the silicone pad and knead it, it’s not too sticky

Roll it out with a stick

Roll out to the thickness you think is appropriate

Cut with a knife when it is not sticky

Cut into pieces

Wrap in sugar paper
Tips:
It is best to use a non-stick pan for processing with a low heat. The double bottom pan I use is a bit troublesome
