Cranberry has its own sweet and sour taste. After the apple is baked, the taste becomes soft, and the sweet and sour taste is a bit like the taste of first love~

Cranberry Apple Pie

1. Cut the butter into small pieces and let it soften at room temperature in advance

2. Add low-gluten flour and knead it into coarse corn kernels

3. Add icing sugar and a whole egg mixture and knead into a smooth dough

4. Roll the dough into a 3mm thick noodle, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour

5. Cover the dough on the pie pan and pierce a few holes with a fork to prevent the dough from swelling during baking

6. Turn on the oven to preheat at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, put it on the pie pan, and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. After baking, take it out and set aside for later use.

7. Slice the apples, add butter and lemon juice to the pot, cook until soft

8. Drain the apples and roll them into the shape of a rose

9. Stir the eggs and whipped cream, add the apple juice and dried cranberries, and mix well

10. Pour the liquid into the pie crust, add apple roses, and bake at 180 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes

11. It's out! It smells so good~
