Cranberry Muffin

Prepare flour, baking powder, baking soda, a little salt, and cinnamon powder in a large bowl.

The butter softens at room temperature.

Stir the sugar and softened butter well.

Add eggs, vanilla extract, and minced oranges.

Stir well.
6.
Add the egg mixing liquid to the flour mixture, add cranberry jam, and a little milk.
7.
Stir everything well.
8.
Load the muffin plate and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-18 minutes
Tips:
1 Homemade cranberry jam is easy. Just cook a bag of cranberries, 1 cup of sugar, a small amount of water and a small amount of freshly squeezed orange juice for 13 minutes, and wait until the cranberries become a thick jam.
2 It is even better if there is a whisk. Because if you don't mix it evenly, the flour will appear in the muffin.
3 I don’t have milk at home, so I use soy milk, which is fine.
