Creamy French Fries

Prepare the raw materials. Here I prepared a potato and a purple potato. The weight of the two is 150g.

Cut potatoes and purple sweet potatoes

Steam the potato wedges and purple sweet potato wedges in a pot

After the potatoes and purple potatoes are cooled, put them into the food processor, add appropriate amount of milk and egg yolk, and beat them into a delicate state as shown in the picture.
ps: The total amount of milk used for mashing potatoes + purple potato is 10 ml, and the number of egg yolks is one

Put a 1cm diameter round piping nozzle in the piping bag. If there is no piping nozzle, you can cut the opening directly in the piping bag

Preheat the oven to 150℃

Put the processed mashed potatoes into the decorating belt

Put the baking tray into the preheated oven, 150℃, about 30 minutes
