Creamy Lemon Parmesan Chicken

In a large plate, mix the flour with 32 grams of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and lemon zest, season with salt and pepper, mix and mix well. Spread each piece of chicken breast with the flour mixture and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. After the oil is 60% hot, add the wrapped chicken breast and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 6 minutes.

Turn the heat to medium and add butter to the pot. After it has melted, add garlic, stir-fry the aroma and then add spinach, and stir-fry until soft. Add chicken broth, cream and remaining Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and stir well. Add lemon slices and cook over low heat until the soup thickens, about 3~4 minutes. Return the fried chicken breast to the pan and cook for another 5-6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

After the chicken is cooked, start the pot. Decorate with fresh basil leaves before serving!
