Crispy Italian Wonton Rocket Salad

At Costco in Multi Village this week, I saw the above 3 models:

On one side, we boil a pot of boiling water (the pot should be as big and deep as possible), and add a little salt to the water.

On the other side, we cut 3-4 cloves of garlic into slices.

Put the wonton in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes (the official recommended minimum time)

On the other side, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add 3-4 spoons of olive oil

Use a colander to transfer the cooked wontons to a pan (lay a flat layer), and start to fry the wontons over medium heat.
Remember not to flip the wantan back and forth!
Pick the one close to the side of the pot as a reference point. When you hear the sizzling sound of water and oil collide and slowly recede, you can judge the state of the whole pot by observing the coloring of this one.

When the wontons are turned over, you can add the garlic slices prepared earlier, sprinkle them in the gaps between the wontons, and fry the garlic slices together with warm oil.
Also note that the second side is often 2-3 minutes shorter than the first side
Fry on both sides until golden brown and ready to serve!

Tips:
