I made this croissant melon yogurt jelly in the same way as papaya jelly.
Ram's horn honey melon is a kind of sweet melon. It is an early-middle-maturing variety with strong plant growth, vines and melons and dense female flowers. The fruit is long and cone-shaped, with one end large and one end slightly thin and pointed, resembling ram's horns, hence the name ram's horn honey.

Ingredients

Croissant Yogurt Jelly

1. Add honey to yogurt

2. Stir evenly after condensed milk for later use

3. Gelatine powder is added to 50ml of water and stirred evenly and melted with heat insulation water

4. Wash the croissant and honeydew melon, cut open and remove the inner flesh

5. Freeze-dried strawberries crushed

6. Add freeze-dried strawberries to the yogurt and mix well

7. Add gelatin water and mix well

8. Pour the liquid into the croissant honey and put it in the refrigerator for two hours

9. Just take out the cut pieces

Tips:

If the yogurt liquid is left, just pour it directly into the cup and refrigerate it.
