Cucumber Egg Rice Cake

25g original rice noodles, 1 egg, moderate amount of cucumber

Peel and shred cucumbers for later use.

Mix the rice noodles, egg and cucumber shreds together

Mix well and let stand for 1 minute to allow the rice noodles to absorb the egg liquid.

Spread the rice noodles and egg liquid in a small frying pan with a little vegetable oil!
