This seafood curry is what I often cook. The ingredients can be fish, shrimp, crab, or shellfish. As long as you like, I usually buy whatever is fresh.

1. Cut the onion and green pepper into small pieces, slice the carrot, wash and cut the squid, remove the shrimp silk and brain, cut the shrimp back, remove the shrimp thread, wash the sixties, and soak the curry cubes in warm water.

2. Add oil to the pan, pour the onions, and fry them until they are fragrant.

3. Pour in all kinds of seafood and vegetables and stir-fry evenly.

4. Finally, pour in the curry, stir evenly, cook until thick, and put the coriander on the serving plate while it is hot.
