Dragon Fruit Mousse Cake

Prepare two 6-inch cake slices.

Cut out the flesh of the dragon fruit and squeeze the fruit puree with a juicer cup.

Gelatine tablets are soaked softly.

Whip the whipped cream with sugar at low speed.

Beat until the whipped cream has lines and can flow.

Add the whipped cream to the pitaya puree and mix well.

Add the melted gelatin solution and mix well.

The mixed mousse sauce is set aside.

Put a piece of cake on the 8-inch mold first.

Pour half of the dragon fruit mousse sauce into the refrigerator and freeze for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take out and put on a piece of cake.

Pour in the remaining half of the mousse sauce, smooth the surface and put it in the refrigerator for two to three hours to set.

Pour out the peach-flavored QQ candy.

Add a little water, cook the QQ candies on a small fire on the stove, or melt the heat-insulating water. Let it melt and let cool.

Take out the mousse cake after refrigerating for three hours.

Pour the melted syrup to make a mirror, and then continue to put it in the refrigerator to shape it, usually overnight.

Place the cake on top, use a hair dryer to blow hot air against the side of the side, and it will be demoulded in about ten seconds. When demoulding, gently pull down the live bottom film by hand.
