Egg Hug Dumplings
1.
Cut up various vegetables in advance.
2.
Add a teaspoon of soy sauce and two eggs to beat.
3.
Put the leftover dumplings in a non-stick pan and heat it up over low heat.
4.
Pour in the egg liquid.
5.
Cover the lid and keep the heat simmered until the eggs are set.
6.
After being out of the pot, you can pour in an appropriate amount of salad juice or other sauces of your choice.
Tips:
1. There is no leftover dumplings and they can be cooked and steamed.
2. Vegetable grains can be omitted or you can put in your favorite ingredients.
3. What I put is just a small bag of trial size, about one tablespoon.
