Electric Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

Prepare the ingredients, the vegetables can be matched by yourself

Cut beef into pieces, boil the pot under the water to remove the blood foam, remove and set aside

Pour oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and sauté on high heat

Add beef and stir fry over medium heat

Add salt and soy sauce, continue to fry for a while and remove

Pour into the pressure cooker, put the bay leaves, add some water, I put about 500ml

Open the lid after 45 minutes, add the vegetables, and simmer for a while

If you feel that the beef is not too bad, you can watch add some water, add vegetables, press the stew function, and manually release the air after ten minutes. After you open the lid, you can get out of the pot.
Tips:
When using an electric pressure cooker to vent the air manually, you must be careful of the heat. I used to put potatoes in, but after listening to a nutritionist’s lesson, I thought it would be better to use low-sugar vegetables instead.
