Evaporated Milk Mara Cake

Weigh the brown sugar and pour in evaporated milk.

Tips:
1. If the brown sugar is difficult to melt, you can heat it on the stove until it melts completely.
2. The purpose of heating evaporated milk is to melt the brown sugar. Let the evaporated milk cool to mix the egg liquid, otherwise the egg liquid will be cooked.
3. Yeast can be added a little evaporated milk in advance, melted and then mixed, but the heating temperature should not exceed 40 degrees.
4. Using non-stick molds, but worry about the bottom of the mold is not good, it is best to put a layer of oil paper on the bottom.
