Fancy Toast Breakfast-pocket Bag, Sandwich
1.
For pocket bags, cut carrots, cucumbers, and sausages into cubes. Cook the carrots and cucumbers. If you like to eat them raw, you don’t need to cook them. Drain the water and set aside. Beat the eggs and fry them into pieces. Add the diced carrot, cucumber, chopped egg, and sausage diced to the salad dressing, mix well and set aside.
2.
Two slices of toast, roll them out with a rolling pin, so that they won’t split easily when making a pocket bag.
3.
Spread a little salad dressing on the toast slice, or leave it alone. Spreading a little will make it sticky. Put the salad filling prepared in step 1 in the middle. Cover with a slice of toast.
4.
Place the mold in the middle of the toast slice and press it down firmly.
5.
Cut the edges directly to make a purse.
6.
I made three altogether and cut them in half.
7.
For sandwiches, slice a piece of toast and sprinkle it with salad dressing.
8.
Put omelette on it. Today, the omelet is really ugly, but it won’t be seen if it’s made into a sandwich, ha ha.
9.
Put on the cucumber slices.
10.
Put on the sausage slices.
11.
Put a slice of cheese on it.
12.
