Fish Scales

Buy large scales and wash them repeatedly until the water for washing the scales is clear.

Tips:
1. Be patient when cleaning fish scales, I have washed them at least ten times;
2. Keep stirring during the cooking process, because the scales of the fish will curl and expand, which will easily pop out of the pot!
3. The surface of the frozen fish scales shows colorful ripples during the solidification process, which are produced by the grease of the fish scales and the silver surface of the fish scales.
