French Toast

Mix all the ingredients except the bread and put them in a shallow bowl with a large opening.

Add oil (coconut oil, vegetable oil, rapeseed oil, etc.) to a pan and heat it over a medium-low heat.

Immerse the bread in the liquid for about 15-20 seconds, adjust according to the hardness and thickness of your bread.

Put the soaked bread in a pan and fry until golden on both sides. Put enough oil in, otherwise it will easily dip into the bottom. You can choose to add vanilla (sage, thyme, rosemary) and fry together, so that there will be a vanilla fragrance.
